I have always had a period on the mirena until this month I spotted for 2 days super light 6 days before my scheduled period and then didn’t have one. I am trying to figure out if this is normal but can’t find anything about it anywhere. I know I have a slim chance of getting pregnant but want to make sure I’m not bc I know it can be super dangerous. I am 2 days late for what should be my period and got a negative test but didn’t test positive with my daughter until I was 7 days late. Helpppp

Completely normal. Irregular bleeding/ spotting patterns are the most common side effect of progestin only methods like Mirena. That can include longer time frames with or without bleeding, random bleeding, or frequent bleeding, at any given time, regardless of what ur previous patterns have been like.
