Which app is more accurate for BBT?
I use Glow and just moved info over to Fertility Friend to compare. Glow shows I’m 10 DPO, but FF shows I’m only 7. Is one or the other more accurate? I have a pretty strict 28 day cycle. I ovulated later in the month when trying for my first, so I should have actually got OPK tests. I was just guiding off of CM. I’m dipping a lot, so I have a feeling I’m out.😕
