My ex just broke up with me after 4 years of being together. I feel like shit. He broke up with me over text and just left after him and his homeboy came to pick up all his stuff from my house. I’m so sad rn idk what to do.

I’m going to be completely honest it’s hard however I would recommend taking care of yourself I’m not trying to be all like ✨self care✨🥺 and it doesn’t work but it does really take a step back and realize that it’s his loss and he chose to leave your life so don’t let him take up space in your head or heart and if push comes to shove sue him for emotional trauma hit’em where it hurts 🤷‍♀️😌✨
