I’ve had spotting on and off for a few days, I just called the early pregnancy unit at the hospital and explained what had happened and they asked me to come in for a scan they said everything was fine and said the bleeding was just implantation bleeding working it’s way out. (7 weeks) If you’re concerned at all I’d definitely give them a call though.

It is more on brown or red side? Brown spotting usually happen, and can resolve without any issues. Red one is more concerning and if increases it can be a miscarriage. 
When I complained about my spotting situation to a doctor she was brutally honest with me. She told me that any spotting during during pregnancy is not considered as Normal.  However, sometimes, brown spotting is considered as less concerning compared to red. And If it is not increasing you still can be  fine.

It can be! But it's hard to say. Any light spotting/bleeding, I always call my doctor.
