Question !

Can a cop run your plates to pull you over later/for other officers to pull you over? (If they were in an emergency call which is why they didn’t pull you over)

I have a bad feeling and are paranoid that I’m going to get pulled over later/others are out to pull me over. I didn’t pull to the right because I would’ve been in 2 lanes if I’d tried to since I was at the end of an intersection, he was on the other side of the road going to turn into the intersection to a neighborhood (I wasn’t blocking it or anything like that) but he paused before he turned, I’m hoping he wasn’t running my plates to get me later…
