I’m on 1 gram of progesterone suppositories

August 2 my hcg levels where 283, August 4th 327 , August 5th 368, and August 9th 403. about 7 weeks and my levels came back at 403 I’m taking baby aspirin and progesterone suppositories I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks but they didn’t see anything. Could I have miscarried and I’m not bleeding because of the progesterone? I’m waiting on my ob to give me the next step.
