👼 PCOS, infertility 👼

Back I'm 2019 my gp referral me to Regional Fertility Clinic belfast. Got the letter in March last year got to the appointment. Weight check, ultrasound done etc.... all they say to me was lost 2 stone as I'm 13st I'm really struggling with weight.. then lockdown happened got the phonecalled in November about me getting put on provera for every 3 months, which I have to take 5 tablets. So as I was patiently waited for them to contact me.. until yesterday I decided to ring them up and asked when their gonna see me or something about options. Then they turned round and said I was discharge since November 2020, they also said they sent the letter out to me and my gp, but my gp knew about it and didn't even contact me at all. I'm raging, upset, angry & devastated. I feel like their not taking me seriously or listening to me on how I'm feeling. What should i do??
