You guys! Had my baby girl July 20th, she was 9 pounds 4 ounces! I had a healthy pregnancy but when she arrived she could not breathing on her own. Mind you I was 3 days overdue so I was induced but had a quick and easy delivery where she was not distressed.

We had to be med vac’d to the children’s hospital minutes after birth. My baby girl was intubated twice, and full of tubes and wires. I am still traumatized but thankfully after 2.5 weeks we were discharged with a healthy girl! She can’t breastfeed because she aspirates milk so she needs to feed side lying with an ultra preemie nipple, so I’m exclusively pumping. Find by me as long as my girl is thriving💗

We still don’t know why she had so much trouble transitioning to breathing from the womb…Either way, we are humbled and grateful to God for her recovery. I will say that this one left some trauma for sure. Sienna Isabelle came in like a wrecking ball! I have a feeling she’ll be our little who has the most surprises for us!
