Can’t pee!! (After birth)

I need tips, I literally can’t relax myself enough to pee. I have a peri bottle I spray myself with but it still stings 😖

I need to pee so bad. I had a catheter in cuz I had an epidural. I tore on my wall(?) & perineum. She said not too bad though. But it stings around my urethra so idk if I tore around there & she just didn’t notice?? Or I’m just irritated there from the catheter Idk. Help this mama out! I gave birth 6 hrs ago
