Peak and Ovulation ?
According to my Premom scans, yesterday was peak LH. Should the levels be higher than 0.85 for a peak? And once you get your peak, does that mean you’ve already ovulated or that ovulation is currently happening?
I’ve also included the actual pictures of the last three tests ( 2 from yesterday and the one on bottom from today ). Based on these pictures, was my peak truly yesterday? This is my first cycle using OPKs so I’m trying to figure it all out.
