Help me guys

What’s are some tips to try to get pregnant?. I had one supposedly miscarriage and haven’t been able to get pregnant since. I really want to have a baby boy named Dawsun or daugther Amelia. I am 23 years old with a 24 year old. We both want to feel the full pregnancy stuff together. But if we don’t get prego then the other option we have is to foster or adopt. I am an adoptee. But I really wanted to tried to have one of my own because all my 4+ siblings have kids.
