When to consider an ERA?

Does anybody have an advice on having an ERA.. is it worth it? Can it really help increase implantation chances?

I am just coming to the end of my tww for my third transfer, 99% sure it’s failed so 2 fresh one frozen all failed to implant.

Tried all the extras, embryo glue, MACS, ICSI.

Only had one blast the first round and three the second round - so we didn’t think pgs testing would be worthwhile for us seen as we didn’t have a bunch of embryos to choose from.

I am trying to come to terms with my next steps, I have no frozen embryos, I’m 36. I’m wondering if another round of ivf with an ERA may be my best option.
