I work in a long term care facility and we recently started having covid cases again, a few unvaccinated employees tested positive. I only work weekends so I have no clue what goes on during the week. I came in this morning to find that I have been assigned to look after the one covid patient we have!!! Me!! Out of 12 other non pregnant staff members they could have chosen. My boss knows I’m pregnant why on earth would she assign me to a covid patient!!!!

I’m patiently waiting to leave, luckily I have an appointment with the prenatal specialist today and I will go and as my doctor to put me on loa as long as we have covid cases at work! Hopefully he will do it!
