4 weeks symptoms question

So I’m about 4 weeks j just started on progesterone nightly. And I’ve been having bad back cramping and both side around the pelvis area and well as very nauseous. And over all sucks. Ive also had like milky discharge as well. And I’ve had multiple losses already and I’m hoping this one is the one. Are these symptoms normal ? Everything worries me so I want to make sure everything is okay and this is normal. Also there’s be absolutely no blood which is good.
