Hypothalamic Amenorrhea Recovery

I've been in recovery for 6 months, 30lbd (maybe 40 idk I try not to check) weight gain, increased sex drive, increased CM, I got a new symptom.

About a month ago I noticed breast tenderness, mainly on the outer edges, yesterday I noticed my nipples hurt, even more so today. Unfortunately I wasn't taking OPKs consistently so I'm not sure if I ovulated but I'm hoping I did. Anyone have experience with HA? Id love to hear others experiences gaining their cycles back.
