To fully fall In love, yes. Because that means you’ve developed feelings for them over time. As you started to develop feelings for that person you should absolutely end things with your partner.

I accidentally voted no but I meant yes. Somebody said you don't just fall in love with someone, you have to spend time with them and be attracted to them and this is absolutely correct. In order to fall in love with someone you have to act on attraction it doesn't just happen. Would you feel betrayed if your significant other fell in love while you guys were serious?

At first I chose as long as your honest but now that I’ve reconsidered I think it is a betrayal. You’ve entered into a verbal agreement (of assumed monogamy) and you would have to step outside of those boundaries in some way to actually fall in love with someone else. And I also believe if you really love someone it would be incredibly hard if not impossible to have feelings for someone else.

To be attracted or "in lust" with someone...no. Being in a relationship doesn't mean you stop feeling attracted to others. As long as you don't act on that attraction/lust. If the desire becomes too much, then you need to remove yourself from the situation.
Actually being full on in love? Yes. That is betrayal. Everyone has a different perspective, but I don't believe you just magically fall in love with another person. It had to be something that blossomed over time. If you're in love with someone else, then you owe it to your current partner to be honest & break up.
