Lifted 45lb dog

So I’m 29 weeks and tonight I had to lift my 45-50lb dog. I have no cramping or anything but I’m still worried. I have felt some baby kicks but not much. Can anyone reassure me or give me advice? I really had no other option out to pick her up and I was the only person that could do it.
