Ectopic pregnancy symptoms?

Hello. I am wondering if some of you can share your experience with ectopic pregnancy. I am not sure if I am reading too much into the internet and scaring myself… but anyways. I recently missed my period and everything was fine… I got a positive hpt… both on digital and dye. But then by the next week on 8/12 at 5:30am I got cramps and later on that day I started brown spotting then the cramps stopped and the bleeding turned bright red the next day on 8/13 at night. It had tissue so I expected to be miscarrying except the bleeding didn’t last that long and went back to brown spotting. Which I thought was weird because I have experienced loss before and chemical pregnancy where I bleed a lot more. I keep getting random twinges of pain in my ovary area… and today I got a big of diarrhea one time but idk if that has anything to do with that… the twinges of pain below are not consistent but it’s noticeable and I don’t have any other symptoms like pain in my arm but I just feel like something might not be right or if I read too much into it that I am making myself feel like I have one. I would be around 5 weeks… so please feel free to share your symptoms/experiences 🤕 I might go to the er because I am getting really worried.
