Hi ladies, I went to urgent care earlier to address a sinus infection/cough. I was told with being in the first trimester they would not prescribe antibiotics (not a problem). I just really needed advise on how to safely treat my symptoms and have it work. They said I could take mucinex but when I got home I realized I had mucinex DM. My question is, has anyone taken this in their first trimester and is the (DM) version safe? I’m Currently 8 weeks. Thanks!
