HCG is 57..anyone else had low hcg but had a successful pregnancy?

At 15dpo, my HCG is 57, progesterone 21… my clinic is not sure wether numbers are going up or down. Although FRER lines are getting darker & I haven’t started bleeding, I’ve had discomfort in abdo for 2 days so I’m not hopeful 🥺
Anyone have any success stories with HCG this low 🥺 Looking for some success stories to get me through till my follow up test on Wednesday.

That's not considered low. Especially depending on when it was drawn/what treatment you did. My first draw was 22 9dp6dt when its expected to be at least 50; preferably over 100. My levels almost trippled every 2 days after that. It ended in a loss later on but my starting level had nothing to do with it. 
That first number doesn't mean much other than a yes/no to being pregnant. All that matters now is that the levels double and then ultrasounds show a heartbeat at a certain point.

Discomfort in abdomen is not always a bad thing (my friend has told me multiple times) your body can be preparing for the baby and that is why there is a discomfort at this point  if they don't know if the numbers are going up or down maybe they can give you some progesterone to help stabilise things.

Update: HCG is 114 (so it doubled within exactly 24 hrs!), & progesterone increased to 30. At this very moment in time I’m officially pregnant & it’s progressing well. Still early days but for now I have hope 😍

My first was 67 the last one I had a week ago was 8191  and just had an ultrasound with a heartbeat and dating  that fit right on the time line I thought I had.

Not sure what day you had your blood drawn but my clinic was looking for anything over 50. Will you be going back to see if your numbers increase appropriately?
