help me 😩

So this morning i wet the bed but i’m 21 i had no control over my bladder i am sexually active i’m on birth control and my boyfriend nut in me every time we have sex i haven’t seen him for a couple weeks till a couple days ago and for the past two days we had sex a lot now my pee cloudy and it stinks i can’t hold my pee and having bad sharp pains in my stomach what’s going on ??? can somebody help
