Baby rash??? Acne?
I have a one month old and within the past two days, she’s developed these small red bumps on her face. They aren’t anywhere else,m and she hasn’t run any fever. Does this look like allergies, milk bumps, baby acne, or something else??

Ps. We have our one month check up tomorrow and I’m bringing it up to the doctor. Just didn’t know if I needed to take her today or not if it was serious.
