“Practice” Contractions
Anyone else having these “practice”contractions lately? I had them over the weekend, last night and this morning had a big one. I know they are not the labor contractions cause they’re irregular and spaced apart, so that’s why I haven’t gone to the hospital. BUT man they’re kicking my ass! I had to call off work today to just lay in bed because anything I do sets them off! It feels like heavy period-like cramps in my lower belly. 🙇🏻♀️
