How to get a breastfeeding baby to take a bottle

Need help. My breastfed baby won’t take a bottle. She just turned 3 months. Unfortunately I am having medical issues and I need to stop breastfeeding. I have tons of milk that I have stashed in the last 3 months which is what I will be feeding her. Any suggestions would be great!

I breastfeed as well and bottle feed breast milk. The best thing to do, for us, was to find slow flow nipples for the bottles and bottles that felt light. Avent worked for us great and we got both natural made with glass and bpa free plastic. I would also encourage you letting someone else try to give the baby a bottle as the baby probably associates you with the boob. If the baby can smell you, they’ll be less likely to take a bottle at first. So hide. This worked wonders when we first began, if my son knew I was around, he wouldn’t take a bottle because he was expecting boob. When I wasn’t around, he took the bottle no problem because they have no object permanence, if he couldn’t see me or hear me, he assumed the bottle was all that was there. Good luck!
