Line progression/ low hcg freakout

Hey ladies. I am freaking out. I’m hoping I miscalculated my O day, but I thought I was 12 dpo when I got my first faint BFP on Monday afternoon. Yesterday morning my blood test was only 16HCG, and then here is todays test. It’s darker but I am so worried.
