What is this relationship?

So I have been talking to this guy for awhile on snap. He followed me on IG out of nowhere then snapped me the next day. The streak is almost 70 days. We met up over a month ago and slept together but haven’t hung out since. But he still snaps me everyday.

Backstory, we’ve known each other for 5 ish years. We worked together for a few years and then I left the job and hadn’t seen him for like 2 years. Granted, there was also a pandemic for most of that time. When we did work together we talked like friends. He would talk about sleeping around. Not excessively or in detail but my point is that he didn’t have serious relationships.

I have a lot on my plate at the moment. I work a stressful job plus managing my family business on the side. I am going to eventually leave my main job but at this time I have no reason to. If I’m not dating anyone then I may as well work and save up money. So I’m not against a relationship but I don’t want to be the one to initiate anything as I don’t have a lot of time to give.
