Sleepy time tea while breastfeeding?

Has anyone had this while breastfeeding and do you think it’s safe?

I drank it the whole time I BF lol, I wouldn’t say it even helped much. Helped me fall asleep but not stay asleep. I used melatonin instead just like I did when pregnant

It’s fine just don’t do more than a cup a day because too much or too strong of chamomile can create issues
