Try smoothies and broths. Even if you just have to chug things down to get the nourishment. I saw a video where this guy said to take a pot of water, one orange, one lemon, 2 cloves, anise star, let it cool and drink it. Supposedly that helps bring back the flavor pallet. Who knows. It’s natural and safe to give a go anyway lol
Can’t eat anything!!
Right as I was getting over covid I found out I’m pregnant. I should be around 5 weeks based off my LMP. Just in the past day or so I haven’t been able to eat anything. Every time I try to eat something I normally would.. it taste awful and I can’t finish it. This is my first pregnancy so I’m new to all of this. Is this pregnancy related? Help please!
