Frequent Hiccups and spit up after feeding

Question

Is it common for a 4 week old to spit up and have hiccups after feeding? I’m currently breast feeding and occasionally do formula when she wants more. I find that after I feed her 2oz or 
More she gets hiccups and spits up afterwards. I burp her all the time and she burps but I’m not sure why it’s happening?

Try this pillow when feeding from the bottle and boppy when breastfeeding 
Don’t lay the baby down until 15 min after each feeding 
Feed the baby up right 
Make sure the bottle isn’t to fast
And talk to your dr maybe your baby has gerd Mine do and the doctor gave him some medicine which helps but the spit up is better than before and once you try these steps it should minimize
