For those who’ve tested positive for Covid while pregnant
My two year old daughter and I have possibly been exposed to Covid (my grandpa tested positive today and we were around my grandma, who isn’t showing symptoms, the other day). My daughter is sneezing and snotty with no fever. I have one dose of the vaccine already but I do have a cough that I’ve had for a month due to post-nasal drip. We are both going to get tested tomorrow. My question is if you tested positive for Covid, what did your doctor do about your prenatal appointments? My 36 week appointment is scheduled for this Friday. I’m supposed to get my Strep B test and an ultrasound to check my fluids since they were low last time. I know I’m stressing prematurely since I haven’t been tested yet, but my anxiety has been so bad since finding out about my grandpa that I can’t help but think of all the bad that could happen.
