What to eat after a tongue piercing

I'm getting my tongue pierced on Sunday and I'm just wondering if anyone has any food or drink suggestions for after?

Ice cream lol I heard anything you suck on like out of a straight will hurt it even more and that’s what happen to me. I had mushy stuff like mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese

I had a lot of smoothies lol. It only hurt for about a week. I was dumb and tried eating a burger on the second day after getting it 😐 I don’t recommend lol

Pop cicles, water, And french fry's.
 Fry's because if you're careful they pretty much stay in a straight line as you eat them so you don't have to worry about chasing food around your mouth with your tounge. I just had mine done a week ago.
