What foods are you feeding your babies?

Question

We are doing mostly baby led weening but there is only so many sticks of vegetables I can think of. I need some more ideas of food I can give her. I meal prep and my food is usually pretty spicy so I can’t really give her what Im eating. 
What is everyone else giving their 7/8month olds?

Literally anything I eat. If I’m having something hot or with soy (she’s allergic), I just give her like plain chicken or ground turkey. I usually have some prepped in the freezer I just thaw out a little and give that to her with whatever sides I’m having. She loves oatmeal, chicken, strawberries, broccoli. hamburgers…  definitely recommend getting the solid starts app! They have literally every food you can think of on there and how to prepare it for your babies age/skill level as well as recipes for ideas on how to serve it!

I literally give baby girl everything we eat unsalted and with the exception of junk food. She loves it below: blueberry muffin, grits, and orange

For BLW we’ve done broccoli, carrots, and sweet potatoes. Also avocado, but those are a bit slippery for her, so sometimes we put some of her baby cereal on it for better grip. We had started eggs but paused for a potential allergy, but plan on trying again soon. I also plan on trying strawberries and cucumber soon.

I just added chickpea penne to the mix.. her favorite dish with the penne is with plant based butter, a little garlic, and diced tomatoes. I give her a mix of blw foods and purées. She loves roasted broccoli and bell peppers, mashed potatoes, Shredded chicken, string green beans, toast, strawberries, plums, mangoes, and oranges...I’m still afraid to try egg or peanut butter.. and everything else she’s tolerated but they weren’t her favorites lol.

My little man loves sweet potatoes fries and last night he had roast mashed potatoes and gravy and carrots and he love spaghetti we just do the sauce and noodles. He also loves banana pancakes and smoothies

I love spicy food too, I just move some food to the side before I start adding crazy spices. Although she has went in my plate and the spice didn’t effect her, she actually wanted more 😂

Quick no heat we do rassberries, skinned tomato, peaches I eat the skin, banana, avocado, whole milk yogurt...kiwi, toast peanut butter my guy loves holding stuff just no teeth so I just purees and will give the steamed  blw style and then proceed to making it creamer with a fork and very hot kettle water started with yams and would make more veg as I went every few days  peas, carrots anyway....
