I am 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant. About two weeks ago I noticed my right nipple looked like it had grown some to the left. It is no longer a circle. It has a second area coming off of it. I know it’s not a gland because it’s the same skin as my nipple if that makes sense. Everywhere I read it only talks about the areola growing. My areola is the same as far as I can tell. It’s my nipple that is changing. Is nipple size and shape changes normal during pregnancy? I’m also not that far along so I wasn’t even sure if pregnancy is what is causing it. It could’ve happened before pregnancy but I’m just noticing it. I have an OBGYN appointment in two weeks and I’m going to ask about it then. I can’t stop thinking about it though. Has this happened to anyone else?
