Why is my exclusively breastfed baby pooting a lot? Is it something I ate? 😳
My baby has been pooting an awful lot and he hasn’t poo’d yet either. My midwife said he would start holding his poop more now but does it come with the expense of him pooting? (Although they’re the cutest little poots 😬)
Should I give him gripe water or an anti gas supplement?
