ALT levels in blood tests

Does anyone else have high ALT levels in their blood tests?

At 28 weeks, mine were moderately high (48). This was worrying, and the doctor asked me to have an ultrasound, where they spotted an inflamed gallbladder and fatty liver (grade 2).

At 32 weeks, ALT levels were 78, and after reading about fatty liver disease I decided to cut out everything that could impact my liver (no fried foods, oils, processed foods, fatty foods.) I've pretty much gone vegan.

Now I'm at 36 weeks, and ALT levels are down to 42. He said it's a miracle, and thinks he can hold off delivering another week or two.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I would love to speak to other people that have similar experiences.
