Anyone else out of breath?

24 weeks here and I’m out of breath for doing simple tasks! Is this normal I’m worried. I did develop preeclampsia last pregnancy so when I can feel like I can’t catch my breath I check my bp and heart rate which my bp is normal but heart rate is Usually evelated until I relax. I’m just hoping this is ok!

I’m fine with walking/slow hiking. Stairs are the Devil. And I have to take some breaks while cleaning the apartment. Normal:)

My mom set up a crib upstairs at her house and wanted me to see. I got up there and my dad said “are you out of breath??!” 😂 I was like yes, all the time, sometimes just from eating! I’m 23 weeks, and I do have some chronic nasal congestion which I’m sure makes it worse. But baby really is squishing up my diaphragm!

all this smoke from the wildfires in my state doesn’t help either.

It’s normal for pregnancy but if it gets too bad I’d suggest getting an inhaler! I did and it helped tremendously

Ya this pregnancy (2nd) has been worse with that. I gotta take a lot of breaks just cleaning the kitchen.
