Do you give your baby a dream feed?

If so at what time and how much later do they wakeup for their next feeding in the early morning?

Right now I'm doing a dream feed at 11pm but my baby still wakes up to eat again around 2am. I'm now giving him a binky to extend it to 3/330am then feed.

He seems okay and goes back to sleep for that extra hour and doesn't wake up crazy for the next feed. Is this ok?

Any tips on extending the feeding thru out the night / early morning?! Thanks ☺️
