Throat hurts after cleaning???

Question

Today we deep cleaned the school and all the classrooms to prepare for the new school year. We used lots of that aerosol glass cleaner. Now my throat hurts terribly, almost to painful to talk. Is this normal? The fumes were pretty strong from the glass cleaner and the rooms are pretty small. Next time I’ll wear a mask but just wondering if it’s normal.

Not normal. You might be allergic to the fumes from the cleaning solution. Or you might be coming down with covid. Probably ought to get tested.

Normal, but only because ammonia is so strong. Drink tons of water right now and mask next time.

Mmm I’m going to say its normal when used not in an ideal way, not trying to be rude by any means, it happens to the best of us! probably not a sign of covid though if you can relate the throat pin to cleaning today lol
Most cleaners have a ton of chemicals in them especially aerosols! It’s normal to get irritation after heavy use in a not well ventilated area. That being said, wear a mask next time, have a fan going pulling air out of the room or open said windows if possible. Take breaks when possible and I find it sends less in the air if i spray directly onto cloth/paper towel! 
If you start having issues breathing please seek care as it can irritate in your lungs as well. 
Take care of yourself 🤍 chemicals are harsh though necessary at times to get things clean. Have a good evening

I go crazy with cleaner and always feel sick or weird after 😩🥴 always wear a mask, gloves, and open the windows!!
