3 days before my period Ive had lower back pain cramping and pink discharge then brown all happened within a few hours then it stopped next day same cramping gas back pain fatigue a dream that was so real but it wasn't no period same thing leading up to my period date bit no period im 2 days late same symptoms my body has also been extra hot in temperature

I have pcos and normal get my period before the date or right after when should i take a pregnancy test.
