Cramps & back pain

Hello everyone I’m 37w 1d! please no judgment I was induced at 37w 5d with my son so I have no idea about the natural labor process. I’ve been having strong period cramps that aren’t really too consistent and low back pain since this morning. Is this my body getting ready for labor or is it just Braxton Hicks and regular back pain?
