Projected percentile/weight - how do you find out?

I keep seeing posts of others saying that they went to a checkup and their baby was measuring a certain weight or percentile, or even info about their levels of amniotic fluid. How are you finding this out? Do most of you get regular ultrasounds? My doctor just measures the baby‘s heartbeat and my belly every time 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have no specific info about the projected size of my baby, and I wish I did!

The only reason I know is because I am measuring 4-5 weeks ahead according to fundal height, so I go for growth ultrasounds regularly.

I go for growth ultrasounds because of my Rheumatoid Arthritis and the medication I’m taking to keep a close eye on baby. I get ultrasounds every week.

I had a growth ultrasound at 32wks to make sure my baby was growing okay due to having a circumvallate placenta and then another at 36wks due to GD. I honestly wish I didn’t have to have any extra ultrasounds.

I have polyhydraminos so I get weekly ultrasounds to check my fluid levels. They measure growth every other week.

My doctors don’t normally do a growth scan unless there’s a reason to. I recently had Covid so they decided to do a growth scan to check on baby, otherwise I wouldn’t have found out either!

It would be through an ultrasound. But a lot of doctors don’t do routine growth scans unless there’s a reason they think there’s an issue

They will usually order a growth scan. At 33 weeks I measured 25 percentile 4.5 Oz. Dr. Said he was small (small abdomen) so I was ordered back for 2 weeks follow up scan I go the 30th. Placenta and cord and all other measurements looked great. Last week belly measurement was a week behind.  OB said he may just be a small baby 🤷🏽‍♀️. 5lb baby can split your whooo haa so I'm ok with not having a beefy bundle that may really split my whooo haa 😆

I’m in the UK and I’ve had two additional growth scans because the rate of growth (according to my fundal height) had slowed down x
