Water intake
How are my mamas making water intake manageable? Sounds crazy but water literally has been upsetting my stomach heavily and I don’t enjoy the taste of lemon added to it anymore so I’m at a loss of how to continue to get the needed amount of water without wanting to completely vomit after drinking it.
