Yeast infection while 32 weeks pregnant

I have a yeast infection doctor said to use Monistat 7, well it’s been 2 days and I need relief now! it burns and itches and I’m swollen. I’ve gotten them pretty frequently before pregnancy so I have a fluconazole 200 mg could I take it just for relief I can’t call my doctor because it’s the weekend I’m suffering and scratching is making it worse. Will it harm the baby at this point ?
