What (if anything) is helping your nausea???


I'm not super sick just a near constant feeling of nausea that makes me want to eat, but I don't know what I want. With my son I ate waaaay too many peanut butter sandwiches (was all I could eat for a few weeks and I ate every few hours 🙈) and gained way too much weight, don't want that again. Just tried a cup of peppermint tea but I'm not sure it helped and it's not recommended in large amounts in first trimester. Anything working for you guys??
