Foreplay ideas

Hey ladies, I was wondering what you girls do for foreplay. Foreplay is important for me and I have tried to get my bf to slow down before sex but he tends to get a bit carried away so I often feel dry and a bit uncomfortable for a few minutes when he first puts his penis inside me. When we do have foreplay it tends to be kissing and a bit of touching each other, although this makes him especially excited if I touch his penis haha 🙄 sometimes we 69 although usually he just wants me to go down on him which does turn me on but much less if he also goes down on me.
