Gained lockdown weight and having a hard time getting it off
So i'm 31 end of this year and i have always struggled with gaining weight most of my life. From 25 onward i was active at the gym and so got a pretty fit body but still struggled to gain weight that i needed to have the curves (without the gym i'd have a flat ass and also i've small boobs). Fast forward 2020 when covid hit and we're all in lockdown and cant go to the gym so i was pretty much netflix and chilling and come august i pretty much gained 7-8kgs (bout 15pounds). Was also going thru pretty intense emotional stuff. Started working out again on and off and it's august now and i'm still struggling to lose weight( cant even lose 1-2kg) on top of that my stomach is just bloated all the time or it's just got extra visceral fat (i cant tell anymore) despite watching what i eat, taking supps and home workout (as where i am is still in lockdown).
Like, help? What am i doing wrong and what can i do right? Trying to love my new body but when ur flat chested and ur belly's just as big as ur chest it's makes me sad. Everytime i feel like im getting somewhere its like i take 2 step backwards. Cant even fit in any of my clothes the right way anymore.
Like is it my gut? Is it hormones? Is it my mental health? Pic to show my bloat
