Cycle days
Honestly how do I tell what day is cycle day one? I looked it up on google and it says “the first day you have regular bleeding (spotting doesn’t count)” however some cycles my period is so incredibly light it’s basically spotting the whole period others it’s super heavy. And my doctor put me on medication that I have to start a specific day and I don’t want to mess that up.
