First cycle - 15dpo

Hubby and I are trying to conceive. This is our first cycle. I am 15dpo and received a BFN Friday when I tested. AF was supposed to come yesterday but she didn’t and no signs of her. Is it still to early or are we out this cycle? As you can see we baby dance pretty often.
