Does light or dark urine differ in its concentration of Hcg levels ?

Left one gave darker positive than the right one
does the color affect the dilution of urine ? 
both are FMU but i think colors differ in dilution

Darker urine would be less diluted. Both these colours really show you need to drink lots more lol
