Bottle question

So my baby is almost 5 weeks old and when she gets a bottle I do 4 oz because her dr said that’s an appropriate amount but starting just last night she seems still hungry after the 4 oz. she was supposed to have her next dr appt this morning but they had reschedule her. I wanted to ask him when will she start needing more? Does anyone know? Could she actually still be hungry or is she just not letting it settle before realizing she’s full? When we started the 4 oz bottles a couple weeks ago she was basically asleep by the last 1/2 oz
